Ben Divartis
Ben has spent over 30 years in the barbering/hairdressing industry—long enough to know that a “quick cut” is only quick in theory, never in practice and it somehow turns into “just one more thing while you’re there…” He’s run shops, mentored emerging barbers, and guided students through every trend, whether the world wanted it to return or not. Now he works at BIBA Academy, sharing his experience, his technique, and a sense of humour his students and colleagues politely tolerate.

Natalie Miller
With 30+ years behind the chair, I am still obsessed with the craft of Hair. I teach Barbering at Chisholm TAFE, run my own business, and live for seeing Barbers level up with real skill and passion. Sharp, clean fades, bold creativity, seamless techniques – Bring it on! I’m pumped to judge the talent our Industry is repping at The Barber Bash.

Joe Kurdyla

Today, I am Director at Kings Domain and passionate about developing an environment that prioritises excellence at every touch points – creating an unmatched experience for the client and endless pathway opportunities for my team.
